High Moisture Diced Apple, Coconut Flakes, Pineapple Diced, Rosehip Shells, Whole Leaf Hibiscus
- 1 heaped tea spoon to every 250ml water (1 cup)
- Infuse in room temp water and place in the fridge for optimal steeping
- Serve cold
- Can be consumed hot also
