SHIPPING

Shipping is via Australia Post, at cost, and with a choice of EXPRESS, or STANDARD Shipping.

Shipping for furniture is calculated on the website by volume and weight, for delivery to Brisbane or Stradbroke Island. Other locations will need a custom shipping quote. Furniture is sent Via TOLL and may take 21 days to arrive on the Island once full payment has been received.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian shoppers.

Orders other than Furniture.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2 days of payment.
Orders have Australia Post tracking but are not insured for loss or breakage.

Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your shipping costs.
All orders are dispatched from Stradbroke Island.  
We will email you once your order has left our showroom and advise you of the tracking number.

It usually takes 1-2 days for shipping to capital cities but it may take up to 1 week for your parcel to leave the Island and arrive at your front door if you are in a regional area.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS

GST is not applicable on international orders 
Duties may be payable upon entry into your country. These duties are your responsibility.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post ‘Pack and Track’ within 1 day of payment.
Orders have Australia Post tracking but are not insured.
Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your shipping costs.
All orders are dispatched from Stradbroke Island.  
We will email you once your order has left our showroom and advise you of the tracking number.
It may take up to 4 weeks for your parcel to leave our Island and arrive at your front door

RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully as refunds are not offered for a change of heart.
All orders are carefully checked and packed before shipping. If there is a problem with our product please contact me as soon as you receive it so I can sort it out for you. Any returns or refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
